How to connect your WordPress site to Articlu

Articlu publishes to your WordPress site through the official WordPress REST API. You approve the connection once and you can disconnect any time from WordPress.

Before you start

  • Your site must use HTTPS.
  • WordPress 5.6 or newer (application passwords are built in).
  • Use an Administrator or Editor account.

Connect

  • Open Connected Sites in the dashboard and choose Connect.
  • Enter your site address and approve the request in WordPress.
  • Press Check connection. Articlu tells you which step fails and how to fix it.

If it does not connect

Security plugins and firewalls sometimes block /wp-json/. Allow requests to that path, then try again. The Help page lists the most common causes.
